Cleaning of shared spaces requires attention!!! A minimum of basic amenities, such as a coffee maker and a TV guide would enhance guest comfort!!! Addressing maintenance issues like stained towels and soft spots in floors is vital!!!

Also, after cleaning my feet, the towel turned dark from dirt. The noise from above was frustrating. sounds of running and jumping kept me up late. To top it off, the A/C did not function properly, adding to the discomfort. The hallway had torn carpet exposing concrete underneath, giving it an unkempt feel. Definitely needs a lot of maintenance and attention, which is disappointing.
